Who owns the finished videos?

Ownership and usage are set out in writing before we start, so you know exactly what you can post and where.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many videos you need. We agree the delivery date on the brief call, so you know it before anything starts.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. You can film your place, your team at work or your product, and we tell the story with captions and a voice-over. If you'd like to be on camera, we script it first, so you know every line before you film.

Do you come and film?

No. We work online. You film on your phone with our shot list, or send footage you already have, and we do the rest.

Can you use footage we already have?

Yes. Send us what you have and we'll tell you what's usable. Existing footage can be recut, captioned and resized alongside anything new you film.

Which sizes do you deliver?

The sizes you post: 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, 1:1 for the feed and 16:9 for your website and YouTube. Each file is named for where it goes.

Which software do you edit in?

DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. We pick the one that suits the job, and you never need any of them yourself.

Can you also run the ads?

Yes. The same team runs Google and Meta ads, so each video is cut for the ad it will run in, and every enquiry is traced back to the ad that brought it in.

Do you add captions and music?

Yes. Every video gets captions burned in, so it works with the sound off, and music chosen to fit the pace of the edit.
