Hotel marketing
for independent hotels

For independent hotels and resorts, and for new hotels before they open. Our job is to make sure your hotel is full from the first month, with as few of those bookings going through Booking.com as possible.

OTAs, every booking direct

Google and AI answers take months to pick up a new place. If nothing is set up by then, the first season's bookings go through Booking.com at 15 to 20% each. Setting it up late means doing it twice: paying again after opening and losing the first season.

On the call we do this maths with your own rooms and rate.

An example, not your figures

Booking.com 70%
Direct 30%
  • 40 rooms, 60% full, €100 a night
    about €876k a year
  • 70% through Booking.com at about 17%
around €100k a year in commission
  • Move 15% of bookings to direct
    about €20k saved, every year
A hotel site we checked
  1. No prices
  2. No Book button
  3. Outdated design
Guest books on Booking.com instead

Many of the hotel sites we looked at have an outdated design, no prices, no Book button or no English page. When that's missing, ChatGPT and Google send the guest to Booking.com instead.

You get one update a week and nobody else to manage.

Raha opened with no site and nothing online. We built the site, made the ads and creatives, ran the campaigns and set up the funnels behind them. Raha isn't on Booking.com or any other OTA, so every booking it gets is direct. More than 10 of its events sold out to the last ticket, the resort has had fully booked days, and in high season the site gets 300+ visitors a day.

  • No. Booking.com is useful for guests who have never heard of you. The point is that guests who already found you, on Google, on Instagram or through a friend, book on your own site, so you don't pay 15 to 20% on them. Raha isn't on any OTA at all, but most hotels keep Booking.com and move part of their bookings to direct.
  • You talk to one person. They handle the site, the Google profile, search and ads, and send you one update a week. You approve things, you don't manage anyone.
  • Usually because they can't see a price, can't find the Book button, or the booking page breaks on a phone. When that happens they go back to Booking.com and book you there. It's the first thing we check, and it's often a setting in the booking engine rather than a rebuild.
  • We build around the booking engine you already use and check that rates and availability load on every device before launch.
  • Yes. We run ads to your own booking page for the weeks you need to fill, with an offer for people within a few hours' drive, and we set them up before the quiet weeks start, not during them.
  • Months before opening. Google and AI answers take time to pick up a new place, so the earlier it's set up, the more of the first season books direct.
  • After one call about your rooms and rate, we agree a fixed price and launch date in writing.

Leave your number and we'll call you back with the commission maths for your own rooms.

We'll call you back within one working day.

We only use these to contact you about your enquiry.
