Deliverables created for clients (such as ad creative, website builds, or content) transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

While we work to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Rosey Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in accordance with the notice period set out in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for anyone who violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Rosey Co. is a trading name of Elevateo LLC (EIN 38-4380278, registered in Wyoming, USA).
