The Challenge

KC Family Homes' transaction coordinators were spending over 2 hours on manual paperwork for every single deal — creating lead entries, assigning agents, generating documents, organising folders, filling out DotLoop forms, and sending signature requests all by hand. As the team grew across the Kansas City metro, this bottleneck was costing them deals and burning out their admin staff.

Our Approach

RoseyCo delivered a two-pronged solution: a full custom website build and a transaction coordination automation platform. The kcfhomes.com website was built from scratch on Next.js with Supabase, featuring service pages for buying, selling, first-time buyers, investment properties and home valuations, plus neighbourhood guides, team profiles, a blog CMS, and an admin portal. On the automation side, we built a complete intake and transaction system — buyer and seller questionnaires feed through n8n workflows into Supabase, a mobile-optimised property condition app lets sellers photograph each room on-site, and the admin portal provides unified deal management with kanban boards, task tracking, email sequences, and DotLoop integration for automated contract signing.
